This place serves good old-fashioned British-style fish and chips, complete with malt vinegar, salt, and tartar sauce. We ordered the battered cod, which was super flaky and perfectly cooked—not oily at all. The chips were amazing, and the mushy peas, calamari, and prawns were all cooked to perfection, just as you'd hope for.
Everything came wrapped in paper bags, adding to the casual, hearty experience, and I absolutely loved it. They also have a great selection of beer and other drinks to choose from. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the food, service, and staff was excellent. If you're by the sea and craving authentic British fish and chips, this is the place to go. Well done to the team!

the theming was the best part about this restaurant, the food was tasteless, bland and soaked in old dirty oil. the calamari tasted like nothing and the batter just fell off once you just picked it up, the chips were the best part but still super lacking and finally the nuggets were very questionable... left me feeling a bit sick after.

Haven’t had good fish n chips in a long time. Kind of wish I’d got a piece of fish now. The squid was very fresh and not stringy.

Great Beetles vibes, extremely friendly staff, quick service, solid view and delicious British style food. They even gave us free mashed peas. Reasonable prices too!

Quirky little fishery with a strong Beatles (??) theme. Great fish and chips though at a reasonable price. Very popular with locals and visitors alike, so wait times can stretch but well worth.it and the view of the Recliffe pier and seafront is a nice diversion
