Dropped in for lunch, after a quick google search.. ordered Hawaiian Chicken Burger, NY Classic Burger both in meals and Mad Fried Chicken. Chip were amazing, could use a bit more salt.. burgers were amazing! May I suggest 2 slices of pineapple as 1 isn't enough. The side sauces actually come in pouches which was different! We did have a slight issue with the Chicken but the two amazing staff fixed it very quickly!
I May not know either of their names but both staff on Sunday, 21st Jan 2024 were very polite, efficient, communicated well and handled an issue very professionally... Thank you for the good experience.

Got the Vegan Creation with extra aioli. Was ready reasonably quickly. Very tasty and fresh. Milk bun (not vegan) was nice. Restaurant feels a bit bare and could do with a decor upgrade. A bit on the expensive side, which is par for the course with these sorts of more “gourmet” burger joints. Would recommend.

From out of state, felt like a burger chose Mad Burger. Great choice, 2 top notch burgers , mouth watering. Great service. Just go there.

First time trying mad burger on closing time and they still took my order very happy staff got one of the chicken burgers... ohh wow amazing taste... it really is nice crunchy and big fresh salads I give it 100 out of ten yea I loved it that much for the girl that served me and made order she was great to add a last min order at closing thank you ...

Thought the $20 loaded fries would be good to feed my partner and I. This is what I was greeted with when I got home.... looks to be a $5 - $10 side at most... talk about rip off
