Disappointed with the Quality of Food Received from KFC
Dear KFC Customer Care,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with the quality of the food I received from your restaurant tonight.
Firstly, let me start by highlighting the unappetizing appearance of the food. It was evident that the food had not been prepared with care or attention to detail.
Moreover, the taste of the food was equally disappointing. The chicken lacked flavor and tasted bland, as if it had not been seasoned properly. The texture was also very off-putting, with a strange rubbery consistency that made it difficult to enjoy. Even the sides, such as the mashed potatoes and coleslaw, were lackluster and did not live up to the usual standards of KFC.
Furthermore, I would like to address the issue of the long wait time. Despite placing my order well in advance, I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to receive my food. This delay not only inconvenienced me but also resulted in the food arriving lukewarm, further compromising its overall quality.
As a loyal customer, I believe it is important to provide constructive feedback when a negative experience occurs. I have always appreciated KFC's commitment to serving high-quality food, and I sincerely hope that my experience tonight was an isolated incident.
I kindly request that you address these concerns and take the necessary steps to ensure that such instances do not recur. I believe it is crucial to maintain the reputation and standards that KFC has built over the years.

Despite the staff having run out of the original chicken after a busy morning, Corey the manager had kindly offered me an extra piece of spicy chicken (as a awesome deal) when I initially wanted 1 spicy and 2 original piece originals. Shout out to Corey for giving me something better than what I initially ordered. He and the staff know how to get the ball rolling, regardless of circumstances.

Come to pick up the order, asked staff if the order is ready yet with unsure response. Wait and check 5 min after, explained ordered 20 mins ago, need her to check if the order not went through, as does not show on screen? Staff response back with “ we have high volume orders. I don’t know” not bothered to check the counter in front of her. Have to approach another staff, then found out the order is literally just in front of them on the bench, and it’s been ready and stay there since I arrived. Good food, but staff really need extra training….. have to say thank you to the girl who was helping me.

Unbelievably bad!
Missed part of the order, think the chicken had been sitting in the warmer for a week, tiniest serve of chips.

Unfortunately my last meal from kfc was been below average. Chicken over cooked and given tiny chicken wings which were not edible. Disappointing! Waited way too long for food when there was no one in the store. The standard of food has gone down Unfortunately
